Location: Tulum, Mexico

The standard retreat is 6 nights, where each day starts with meditation facing the sea, followed by a beach walk, and then a one hour vinyasa yoga class. After class we will enjoy breakfast, followed by a fitness class like circuit training then free time to swim, kayak, relax, bike to the Mayan ruins, snorkel, or visit a cenote, depending on the day. Lunch is served around 1pm, followed by an afternoon high intensity fitness class then yoga practice at 5:30pm. Dinner is served communal style, often with a speaker or drum circle or sound healing or other extra activity offered.


Our accommodations range from basic small economy rooms all the way up to beautiful beachfront rooms facing directly to the sea. We can match you up with another solo traveler of the same sex in many cases as well.

food and dining

We specialise in fresh healthy local products and use flavours like avocado, house made salsas, pumpkin seeds, jicama along with stone ground tortillas, fresh fish, and amazing salads. We also offer margaritas and other beverages on site.

Fly into Cancun Int’l airport and then we can coordinate with you to try to share the ride down with anyone else arriving or you can come straight down with our car service. It takes about 90 minutes and shared is $70 per person and goes down if there are more people sharing the ride!
