Location: Grand Lake, Colorado, United States

Join Mary Beth LaRue and Jacki Carr for a blissful weekend getaway to Grand Lake, Colorado. For 4 days and 3 nights, we will come together in the Rocky Mountains and nourish our mind and body connection. Expect conscious conversation, flowing yoga practices in the Moose Lodge and open time to hang poolside with the Rocky Mountains as our backdrop. Our weekend together will explore grounding and heart opening practices while learning about our legacy, our vision and life design. And yes, there will be plenty of opportunities to dance, nap, read, connect, hike, face mask and explore.

Mary Beth and Jacki are known to create a space where you feel like you truly belong. They say, “you can always bliss with us” and they mean it. Let’s come together offline and get real about committing to taking time for ourselves, connecting with likeminded human beings (who always end up becoming lifelong friends) and creating rituals and accessing tools that rock our own bliss.

Meet us in the mountains as we get cozy in the cabin life for a weekend away at Grand Lake Lodge. We are talking all the flannel, a quick drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, Summer sunsets and big mugs of hot cocoa.

The Elk Cabin, our home for the retreat weekend, is a two story cabin with an old school Franklin stove in the living room and a screened in porch with a swing. A quick jaunt down to the Lodge, the Elk has views for days. Grab your bunk spot, they will go fast!

About Grand Lake Lodge: Listed on the National Register for Historic Places, Grand Lake Lodge is a bucket-list stop for your trip through Rocky Mountain National Park. Testimonials for Rock Your Bliss

As I listened along in our talks by the fireplace, I was in awe. People were peeling back layers of themselves, in so much trust with the women in the room, and sharing beliefs that weren't serving them anymore. We wrote them down on paper and threw them into the fireplace. It was heart-wrenching, and beautiful and inspiring. We listened as Jacki and MB peeled back their layers and showed us who they were. Vulnerability. I love that shit. I love knowing why people are the way they are and about the challenges they've faced, that we are in this together.

The Rock Your Bliss Ojai retreat was such a memorable experience. I immediately felt at ease when we begin the retreat process by being told "you belong here" and "everyone retreats differently." I felt included right away in the community with the permission to be my introverted self in that space. Jackie & Mary Beth have created something truly special. Through MB's soulful teaching to Jackie's energetic coaching, I felt inspired and renewed to make subtle shifts in my life that I am still seeing positive effects from today. RYB's retreats are what the soul needs for a joyous pause.

I can't say enough about my retreat experience with Rock Your Bliss. The group Facebook page built excitement and helped create connection even before we arrived. They make everything about the stay feel comfortable and safe so the connections with the other retreat goers became easy and natural. I loved every minute of the coaching sessions followed by moments of reflection and pause that I rarely give myself in my day to day life. The yoga is restorative and explorative in the most beautiful way, and getting one of the best yoga teachers in the world right in front of you is an experience in and of itself. Jacki and Mary Beth weave the coaching and yoga aspects of these retreats so magically together. And as if all this wasn't enough to make for an amazing retreat, the laughter, dance parties, best personal chefs making the most delicious food, and the incredible settings in Ojai and Grand Lake put these retreats over the top. Oh yes, and the new relationships that last a lifetime. I came away from both retreats with new friendships that were forged from authenticity and vulnerability. These retreats create sacred space, and they are pure magic!

When I was at the Rock Your Bliss retreat in Ojai I felt my value of connection on FIRE. I saw it come alive on a hike. I felt it affirmed during a fireside chat that evening. I felt it move within me during a heart opening yoga class the next morning. I saw it light up during an impromptu dance party. I witnessed it ground me in a circle as one hand pressed on my heart and the other on the heart of the Soul next to me. The human connection I felt was real, visceral, life affirming, electric and made me come alive to a new level of what this core, soul value means to me and how I show up in this world. I went back home feeling restored and with new heart stretch marks. When I arrived and met these new faces, it felt like hugging old friends. Knowing you are sharing space with women who are on the same wave length, open and ready to connect and get possible is a type of magic that curates an experience that makes you truly feel like you belong. We all immediately began talking, sharing, getting to know one another. Through shared meals, hikes, yoga and fireside chats, we talked intentions and values. We got real and burned the bullshit beliefs that were no longer serving us in order create space to live from choice.
