Location: Nosara, Costa Rica

We deeply connect with nature and each other, meditate, meaningfully move our bodies, and let our creative energy flow.

Women leave this retreat with a renewed aliveness, sense of intimacy, and the power to make the shifts they want in leading their life. You find connection and community among women, and a deeper presence, trust and resilience.

This is a life shaping experience supported by paradise.

Nestled between the magical waters of the Rio Montaña and the Rio Nosara, our hosts at the Costa Rica Yoga Spa enjoy the breath-taking beauty of Costa Rica’s coastal Blue Zone. A Blue Zone is a concept used to identify a geographic area of the world where more people live to be centenarians (past 100 years) than elsewhere.

The Costa Rica Yoga Spa has been awarded the TripAdvisor Green Leaders award for their efforts for several years running. They have solar panels, a sweat lodge, an on-site permaculture garden that produces herbs and vegetables used in their wide variety of (soon to be famous!) gourmet organic vegetarian meals.

It is super quiet as we up on the hill with the most spectacular views of the forest and ocean below, not to mention the gorgeous sunsets, and plentiful friendly wildlife.

Rooms are jungle luxury style, some with fans, some with A/C and ensuite bathrooms. Hammocks are a plenty. Towels and toiletries are provided. It feels like we are with a family, a tribe, for the week.

The shuttle is 2-3 hours from Liberia, and 4-5 hours from San Jose. We recommended booking your pick up and drop off with Terratour: http://terratournosara.com If you want to fly, you can book your tickets online here: booknow.flysansa.com.
