Kristen Matheson is fascinated by the experience of yoga on and off the mat. She loves that yoga strengthens the body but also calms and focuses the mind. Kristen’s classes have an emphasis on mindful movement and exploring the balance of alignment and breath while letting go of mind “stuff” to be in the present moment of each pose. Kristen is excited to share in the adventure of living yoga on and off the mat with her students and the community. Kristen is a 500hr RYT.
